We are passionate about the attention to every detail that we take in hand-making all of our products. Our commitment to our customers is to provide an exceptional customer experience, and we will accept nothing less. Our candles are made from natural soy wax, premium fragrance oils, and organic cotton wicks that provide a cleaner burning, longer-lasting, and true-to-scent candle for your enjoyment. Our home and personal fragrance products are made using the same premium fragrance oils to create your scented product.

If you followed the candle care instructions provided on the bottom label or separate care card, yet your candle did not burn properly, or you are not satisfied with your candle or other scented product, please contact us at info@inluro.com or call 630-730-9302 so we can answer any questions and make it right! Please contact us before proceeding with your return.

Within 30 days of your original purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your product, we will exchange or refund any merchandise in new or defective condition (due to materials or craftsmanship) as long as you provide a copy of your original receipt. If you do not have your receipt, your shipping confirmation email can be used as proof of purchase. A product with a label that has been intentionally defaced is not eligible for return. Whether a product is returned in new or defective condition will be determined by Inluro, Inc. in their sole discretion. Gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied when calculating the refund amount.

Please return all eligible items to our retail store at the address below, or you may mail the receipt and items to the same address. If mailed, we will contact you upon receipt of the items.
